The absentee procedure appearing at [6:00 minutes] has changed. New York State Election Law now prohibits voters who were issued an absentee ballot from casting an in-person vote on the machine. If the voter wishes to vote in person, provide them with an affidavit ballot. The voter is NOT ALLOWED to vote on the machine.
